Security Infrastructure
PreciStat’s security policies are formulated to prevent any loss/interference or damage to business operations and information. Comprehensive security measures have been adopted for our data, applications, network and workflows.

  • To implement physical security, PreciStat has adopted a multileveled approach.
  • Preliminary authorization is verified physically at the entrance of Operations floors. These entrances are managed by trained security personnel covering 24x7x365.
  • Access to information resources facilities/secure areas is granted only to PreciStat’s support personnel, and contractors, whose job responsibilities require access to that facility/secure areas.
  • Only employees with valid photo ID access cards are permitted to enter secure areas.
  • In addition PreciStat has implemented multilevel access control for all employees.

1. Primary Level: Walk-through Metal Detectors have been set up at the entrances of all secure areas, which prevent anyone from carrying memory/electronic storage devices and other restricted items

Features of the Walk-through Metal Detectors:

      • RE-ROBO-III MS
      • Micro controller based, Auto set, High sensitivity to detect ferrous and non  ferrous Metals
      • 4-Line LCD for displaying messages and settings
      • Intelligent 6-digit counter for in/out/net counting
      • Audio indication, multi tone and multi zone audio for various metals
      • Visual indication for metal detection
      • IR Sensors facility

2.  Secondary Level: Proximity access control card readers and palm readers. The key highlights
     And features are described below:.

  • IR-Recognition Systems, Hand key-II Biometric access control reader
  • Secure proximity card for each and every user to enter operation floor
  • Door control and monitoring that provide door lock operations for in and out and alarm
  • Card reader input, request for exit tamper switch
  • Ensures doors are secure and will continue to operate properly even if all communications to
  • the main access control computer are lost
  • Network operation integrated
  • User activity and system reports can be easily generated
  • Central computer handles all hand template management automatically
  • Ethernet communication


    •    Surveillance cameras on all Operational floors
    •    AXIS Fixed Surveillance Cameras in Each Operational floor.
    •    Continuous Monitoring & Recording facility
    •    Preventive maintenance for all Network and Power Devices to ensure 100% up time
    •    Schedule maintenance for All Power devices UPS, Inverters, Generators, Batteries etc., through Respective vendors
    •    Network auditing is done once in a month

    • Comprehensive security is provided to client data at the server, workstation and user Level

Data Security Policies and User Access Control Servers:

  • Domain Server with individual user logins, group polices and authentication
  • File Server with automated script for each user individual map drives
  • Data Base Server with SQL-2000 for call recording and storing
  • Linux Squid Proxy Server for URL restrictions for all users, bandwidth monitoring and reports
  • Surveillance Server for operational monitoring with recording facility
  • Symantec Endpoint Centralized Server with automatic updates for antivirus spyware and malware detection
  • Use of all USB, flash drives and storage devices is disabled on the entire network

  Workstation and User Level Security:

  • Individual login for each user
  • Bios level password protection enabled for all workstations
  • All CD,DVD writable drives are disabled
  • All USB ports disabled within the Bios level
  • Group polices enabled for all user accounts
  • Antivirus software with scheduled scanning and updates
  • Symantec Endpoint 11.0 centralized server which ensures scheduled automatic  updates and   patches for all clients
  • Maintenance check for PC Audit as per schedule

    • All user data is saved in file servers with there respective map drives
    • Regular data backup is taken using DAT drives
    • Periodical  backups will done for all network devices –firewalls, routers, VoIP gateways and all manageable switches

Details of the network devices in use:

  • Firewall : CISCO ASA 5510 Series, SG 580 VPN/Firewall , Fortigate , SonicWALL
  • Router : CISCO 1841 , 2800 Series, Linksys RV082 VPN Router
  • VOIP Gateway : TELES VoIP Box, Linksys SPA8000
  • Manageable Switches: CISCO L3-Catalyst 3750, L2-2950 Switches

PreciStat is a PCI DSS compliant company. We have implemented a state-of-the-art IT and Network setup to ensure data security and backup

  • Redundant IPLC lines,LL, SIP lines for Voice & Data
  • IP/sec VPN/encrypted tunnels
  • Periodic security audits are conducted at our facilities; the senior management is provided with monthly audit reports
  • Internal audits are conducted by the PreciStat IT Team
  • Periodic audits conducted by external agencies

Redundant power backup is provided for all networks , workstations and ACs and are operated with 24/7 critical Support facility

  • 6 KVA Online UPS system for all workstations, servers, Network Racks & all other network devices
  • 6 KVA Online UPS system to provide redundancy in case of primary UPS failures
  • Invertors for operational floor lightings
